This is your absolute best read yet A! I am in love with Demetri! Due to "GUIDELINES" that I was WARNED that I was NOT FOLLOWING, I'm not at liberty to go into details about my love for this book or I'll be BANNED from leaving reviews. Which, by the way, was THOROUGHLY READ, I'm not understanding the problem. However, it was a great read and I recommend it to everyone! Amazing Job!
Oh my goodness I can’t even begin to explain how much I enjoyed this book...Lawd Demetri #bookbae was everything plus more I thought my face would lock in place from cheesing so hard because he was perfect especially for Marley...I’m just glad that Marley took the chance to explore and didn’t miss out because she was comfortable with familiarity...This book is definitely one of my top ten that I had read thus far and I can’t wait to dive into the next book
Baby passion isn't the word to describe Demetri and Marley's relationship. I would rather say electric, soul stealing!! If my man can't have me feel like that about him just off his smell or the sight of him, then he isn't the one for me lol. The dynamic between Marley and Drexel hit me the most because both were holding on when they should have let go from jump. Hopefully Amani gets her own story and we can an update on Marley and Demetri
I am impressed with this writer. Have never heard of her or read anything by her. She has a way of telling the whole story with just enough sexual excitement to keep you wanting more. Marley and Demetri's story was one of acting on that long time love that finally had an opportunity to spark.
Marley stayed in a comfortable situation because she was scared to truly step out for what she deserved. Once she set herself and Drexel free, she opened herself up for what she deserved.
Great story . It was good to revisit Kadence and Bears story again, let love when characters and books conbect. That was kind of hard on Drexel though.
A. Jones has done it again! This story was simply amazing. Looking forward to reading more from this author. Xoxo
I really liked the chemistry between the heroine and Demetri - they definitely were passionate about each other. I, however, found it hard for me personally to see beyond the heroine cheating on Drexel, someone she claimed to be her best friend. To me, it would seem better to be honest than go behind the back of someone you say you care about or to think your current partner would rather you stick it out with him though you don't return his love - I thought Drexel deserved better and I really didn't understand the heroine's perspective once she crossed that line. I couldn't connect with her despite wanting to. That whole ending I wasn't feeling either and want Drexel to be able to just move on. Nevertheless, I do look forward to what else A. Jones delivers because her writing remains, fierce. Maybe we will get to see Drexel find his own love.
